EN: My idea was to show using musical bands the differences between having a self-centered boss or a leadership with harmony.
To represent a team not so well led, I chose an orchestra with an insensitive conductor, who tries to guarantee obedience out of fear.
To represent harmony and an integrated team, with people who know how to work in tune, I chose samba.

Para representar uma equipe não tão bem liderada, escolhi uma orquestra com um maestro insensível, que tenta garantir a obediência pelo medo.

"What are the differences between a leader and a boss?
First of all, understand that every leader is a boss. But not every boss is a leader. This determines the difference between a boss and a leader.
There are big differences between a boss and a leader. Differences both in the perspective of the perception of the led about their superior as well as in some behaviors and attitudes of each work profile.

Antes de tudo, compreenda que todo líder é um chefe. Mas nem todo chefe é um líder. Isso determina a diferença entre um chefe e o líder.

Já um líder, é respeitado e considerado um exemplo não apenas por sua senioridade, mas, principalmente, devido às qualidades referentes ao seu caráter, à sua capacidade de entrega de resultado e pelos bons exemplos comportamentais de trabalho com sua equipe.
Um caminho que se apresenta assertivo para aqueles que desejam se tornar líderes é liderar pelo exemplo. Principalmente em momentos de crise, a equipe deve sempre ter total convicção de que o líder estará presente durante esse período."
