As it is shown on the contents, the Persona's personality is in connection with the emotion level during the customer journey. At the beginning when the user is just browsing, looking for the answer he is excited and happy, but as soon as he finds out/or not the answer his mood becomes neutral. The conclusion from the customer journey is that nowadays users have a lot of expectations and do require a lot of answers, although even if/when they find them they are not completely satisfied. It is common that they have more questions after, than before.
