The project proposes the reflection, analysis and the reinvention or restructuring of the way in which are planned and operate most of the cultural centers in Mexico and Latin America. This is why their architectural program integrates three key axes, which are: culture (main) + trade + recreation. This generates:
- More diverse activities and attractive to the population.
- Spaces more profitable and enduring.
- Economic independence not depending only on public resources, generating their own (raises from its construction until his operation a strategic alliance through the participation of public and private resources).
OBJETIVES.
The objectives are based on the main idea of "General culture from architecture" sending a message of plurality, respect and equity.
-Contribute with planning, strategies and policies of dissemination, promotion and conservation of the cultural expressions of the State of Veracruz, the Southeast region and of the Country, enabling them to maintain the cultural heritage by the appropriation of the new generations in a context of social, economic and environmental sustainability.
-To promote and position the high-quality´s infrastructure for the artistic and cultural expressions through viable architecture and urban alternatives, in functional, aesthetic, technological, environmental aspects and socio - economic sustainable.
HYPOTHESIS.
