Smiles Fidelidade is a company that manages Gol Linhas Aéreas' frequent flyer program. In 2020 we helped the company to reimagine its car rental platform, from looking for the vehicle to staying at a destination.
Our goal was to simplify and rethink the car rental flow, making it easier and faster, but we went further. We have created a much smarter platform that not only allows you to rent vehicles for travel, but also manages your trips giving you more control over everything that is happening.
Usually, renting a car is not a fun task, especially if there are dozens of possibilities for vehicles and information to fill. Therefore, we have divided the flow into 4 main stages, which carry you by the hand and help you choose the vehicle that makes the most sense for your trip.
After renting a vehicle, you are redirected to the Travel Panel, your private area where you can see the trips in progress, edit itineraries, manage personal information; all of this in one place.
Creating a trip through the Panel is extremely easy and fast (and it really is). Here you can give a fun name to your trip, leaving it with your face. In addition, you can still choose up to 10 destinations that you will want to visit, all in 3 small steps. Cool, right?
Another cool thing we developed was the Smart Roadmap. Here, you can centralize everything you want to do to make the most of the place where you are going to visit; parties, restaurants, tours, reservations, etc.
