Summary
Cokefest decided to go virtual for 2020 and streamed concerts online due to COVID-19 pandemic. We collaborated with PATARI and designed Day 2 Stage for Cokefest 2020. Layout Planning, Concept Visualization, 3D visualization and Execution drawings were provided by Emberline Studios.
BRIEF
The brief we received from PATARI was to design a Time-Square themed Stage along with the rough NY feel to the whole atmosphere. It should be full of billboards, lights and giving out energetic music vibes.

CONCEPT
The area allotted for the stage was a 30' x 40' space with a height restriction of 20'. We tried to utilize the area to our advantage and decided to give it perspective by creating a trapezium arena. Our focus was to give levels between the buildings for depth and shop fronts or graffiti walls below for the details. At the far end, we developed buildings with lit windows to give away NY night look. Neon signs and Billboards on the Facades to fulfil client brief.
Layout and development
DESIGN
After developing the layout and getting approval for the Billboards placement, we started designing facades of the building. Our aim was optimize the space we had and to do justice with the Time Square theme. Starting with the Coca Cola bottle at downstage right followed by Tapmad Neon sign. The emphasis was placed in the center with a prominent Coca Cola neon sign and LED below. PATARI logo sat relaxed at the downstage left.
