Invoking the sense of Sentimental Memory (comfort)
The BOOK
The main purpose of this project is to find and invoke on things that would awake my target audience’s sense of sentimental memory. However, embodiments of sentimentalism could link to a wide range of things including objects, places or people, which help my audience to recall a greater sense of sentimental memory.

Art is to perceive our kinship which would reinforce the idea that I had
created during term 1, the phase sentimental memory that would
invoke the qualitative responses like value, kinship and comfort associated
with Ah Ma, through this clip, it is a personal impulsive urge for me to recall and
re experience Ah Ma’s care again. The negatives that are found in this
film represents the sense of past childhood, seeing back those
long-forgotten days.
