Bookkeepping App

Bookkeeping App

In a bookkepping company, the control of customers and their tickets was done in several separate spreadsheets and the compilation was manual. To make matters worse, there were 2 branches that shared the same set of documents without control of which documents each employee could access.

The solution was to create a panel visually similar to what they were already working on, but with features to make the work easier and providing the necessary security and policies.
There were long, laborious tasks, with consultation of several physical documents, calculations and risks of errors. These repetitive tasks have been replaced with a simple click. All these tasks are done in this single click. It is still possible to access detailed information, if necessary.

Sensitive information is encrypted in SHA512 and can only be read through the REST-API. In addition, physical documents were digitized and can be obtained also through REST-API, without direct access to their links.
Tickets in general can be accessed in the Ticket Queue module below.

Tickets not assigned to any tax specialist are listed below. The expert can take the ticket for himself by simply clicking TAKE.
An invoice can contain payments for multiple tickets. Payments can be made in a number of ways.
Videos of short and objective trainings are an essential tool for each employee to learn the correct way to work with the App. The videos are available in the App itself.
There are a dozen really cool features that weren't shown in this presentation but, believe  me, it changed the way the company used to work.
