Balticus Nomad
The design of an automatic day-date watch from the "Stardust" family.

Nomad is a continuation of the "Stardust" model line, initiated by the watch that became an iconic model of this brand. The design is based on its modified case with a crown guard - first used in a special model for Wisła Kraków football team. Everything else is a new project that started a brand new design language of Balticus.
The main idea which can be found in the details of this watch is the play of light and the way it behaves on the surfaces. The edge of the bezel has a cut inspired by diamonds. The case back, on the other hand, is like sand on the beach and the surface of the sea. This refers to the brand's seaside origin. The crowns: the main one at three o'clock (to adjust the time, date and day of the week), and the additional one at ten o'clock (to rotate the inner bezel with an additional time zone) - use the same design motif.
The watch was made in two language versions - English and Polish. The latter was dedicated exclusively for the brand's shareholders.
The leitmotif of Nomad is the play of light on its surface. The way it is reflected from all the crimps is reminiscent of the wavy surface of the sea.
The pattern on the case back and crowns, as well as on the lid of the box refers to the seaside origin of Balticus brand.
