This illustrations were made for short animation piece inside the documentary film "FORWARD TO THE 90's" by FilmPlus Production, directed by Zhanna Maximenko-Dovhych. The documentary is about iconic Ukrainians of the 90s, who changed the reality of our country. Drawn animation illustrates Oxana Zabuzhko's story about the presentation of her scandalous bestseller "Field work in Ukrainian Sex". It was performed at 1996 as a Book Trial, so the idea was to tribute classical tradition illustrating court session by drawings. The members of The Court were friends of Oxana Stefanivna, the best people of Ukrainian culture: Bohdan Zholdak, Vitaliy Zhezhera, Sashko Irvanets and Vadim Skurativskiy - all inspired by Serhiy Proskurnia. I have to draw them all - it helps a lot that I was happy to meet some of them personally. I begin to study archive materials for personalities and props - and ended with reading nights away about Ukrainian culture people of XX century and the Ukrainian literature of this time (that to my shame was almost unknown for me).
