Exactly this project was very personal for me. Something like this is really not everyday deal.
I had a great opportunity to make a lettering design
for legendary sign maker MIKE MEYER now based in Chester Iowa.
Design was used for practicing a classical gold leaf technique on glass which Mike do on his workshops with his students.
So I started as usual with pencil and paper...
And then I finished it in Adobe Illustrator as usual.
I also did some quick animation for my Instagram followers. Just for a better imagination :)
And finally I got this quick video sent by Mike himself. Very happy with the result :) Thanks a lot Mike for this!
