Cuteboy is a mini-series with five episodes inspired by various Japanese Anime. It follows the adventures of Cuteboy and his best friend Assfant having fun in their lively enviroment. The design is based on the Japanese cuteness culture "kawaii", which is also a reflection of Cuteboy's mind and therefore influences his reality. The episode titles are inspired by Anime like Shin Chan (Shin Chan Episode 1: "Put Your Mouth on a Sausage") and describe the transition from cute into grotesque. For me it was important to communicate that, while the episodes display and play with sexuality, nudity and sex is not associated with shame.
