Lying in the heart of the Ferguson Valley astride the Ferguson River, 2 hours south of Perth is St Aidan Wines. The name derives from the district's historic community church that sits on its boundary.
The estate was purchased in 1991 by Phil and Mary Smith who wanted a small farm for horticulture within
20 minutes’ drive of the two Bunbury Hospitals where Phil worked as an Anaesthetist. They have realised

their dreams to bring their love of the land to life, escape the noise of the city and embrace the nature they
found before them. The result is an award-winning boutique vineyard, cellar door restaurant and events centre.
Over 30 years, they have transformed their 'dreams to reality' in their own patch of heaven
in the heart of Ferguson Valley.
