This housing in Pekanbaru is the first one to change the mindset of how cheap or low budget house should look like. The main focus on this design is how to create something new or extraordinary of this super limited budget yet have to adjust to local or market taste, which a white-box house is not favorable. 

The design of the house not only just one for whole row, but we set a module of 3 houses to make it less boring, this module is connected by the line and shape of each facade. 

The masterplan has a one way circulation concept, thus the entry of the house is set to fit this concept as it rotated 45 degrees, which make a unique space among the architecture.
