Standard Bank annually sponsors the Top Women Conference and Awards in South Africa, which virtually hosts multiple female guest speakers from across the globe and over 10 000 attendees. The aim of the event is to create space for women in business and overcome gender biases in the workplace through brave conversations.
This year, they asked us to write and craft a video manifesto that they could use on their socials and internally within their company to highlight the goals of the conference and the importance of attending.
