Hellaro is a Gujarati period drama film about how "A group of suppressed women from a village in Gujarat find someone in the desert and their lives were changed forever".
Hellaro won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film at the 66th National Film Awards. It was officially selected as the opening film at Indian Panorama, at 50th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
As part of the production crew for the film, I was there as an Assistant director. But was also provided with the opportunity of capturing the stills for the film while it was being shot. These stills later formed a major part of the visual promotion material for the release of the film. Attached below are a select few.
