STRUCTURAL PACKAGING DESIGN USING DIELINES
The goal of this project was to design and construct a food packaging pouch using the below given dieline.
For this project i decided to create a packaging for Banana chips. I began by editing the given dieline slightly and then proceeded to design the packaging
I then printed out the design on an A3 sheet and began constructing the packaging pouch by cutting and folding wherever required. I also painted on the name on the front so it has a organic, handwritten style
Below is the final look of the structural packaging pouch. As you can see the banana chips on the inside is visible through the transparent banana outline which gives it an interesting look because it shows that the chips are made from banana's.
By doing this project i learnt how to follow dielines to create structural packaging! i also got to play around with the packaging design
