#Don't Compare (Imposter Syndrome) - Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Campaign

Campaign Information:
Awareness of Imposter Syndrome (IS).

Brief:
-Problem: Did you know that Paul McCartney doubted his own abilities? He is not the only one; 8 in 10 people experience Imposter Syndrome (IS). This syndrome is the feeling of perceived fraudulence; self doubt and personal incompetence. It is prevalent in academics and those diagnosed with anxiety and/or depression. IS is known to contribute to the cycle of burnout and is known to cause somatic/psycho-somatic symptoms which is the focus on physical symptoms such as aches and pains, weakness, etc. No matter how well the individual is accomplished in academics or in an established career, a person with IS never sees that.
-Target Audience: Teenagers + Young Adults (students + part-time workers/interns) especially those suffering from Imposter Syndrome
-Message: Don’t Compare + No Comparison

My Tasks:
-3 x A3 Posters
-Integrated Channels: Interactive Locations, Augmented Reality (AR) & Social Media
