Residential Facade Design

The design of the Patris residential building was entrusted to us in a situation where its design and execution had progressed to the framework stage, and the employer asked us to design its facade.
The building was formed by the amalgamation of two blocks and consisted of 6 floors with two units per floor.
The staircase was located in the middle of two buildings, and in the space where the two buildings merged, the middle wall becomes green and grows like a tree to the height of the buildings of the city, and its branches grow and disperse, and each goes its own way that Seek to bring to life buildings that no longer have vital signs.
The Concept
The greenness in the facade design does not end in the middle wall and continues in front of the windows, which has caused dynamism in the facade design.
In the selection of materials, elements compatible with nature such as brick as the main material and wood as its complement have been used. An inclined wall for the separate use of each unit of the terrace divides its space into two parts. the terraces have glass handrails to show the continuity of the green element in the facade.
