This is one of my graphic design module project where we are required to make marketing kit for a pet shop, pet hotel, or pet clinic. For this project, I chose to work on the petshop called 'Patitas & Garras'

 

Patitas & Garras is a name derived from Spanish words Patitas which means little paws, and Garras which means claws. Both of them represents the cat and dog which is the pets that I choose to focus on for the whole concept along with the tagline paws, claws & whiskers.

 

The main symbol in the logo is a stick hung under a yarn. These two symbols represent cat and dog, specifically one of their favorite toys and these two things are the things that can keep them active.
These symbols are used to represent that the pet that we sold are active pets, or to be specific, they are all healthy. Who likes sick pet?
 

Color used for our petshop are mostly tangerine tango, which is the pantone color of the year 2012. This color represents lively, vivaciousness, but also friendly. For the whole concept of this petshop is simple, neat and clean.
