Tufts Information Technology needed an update to their “Kudos Cards.” These cards are given to staff by other staff in recognition for various achievements and qualities. For a quick and fresh update, I added a word cloud of achievement-related words behind the punch-out part of the card, to give staff jumping-off-points on what to acknowledge their co-workers for.
