BACKGROUND : world’s Leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Dyes Intermediate, Dye Stuff and Sulphuric Acid. Company has Various Manufacturing units across State of Gujarat. Company Started A New plant for Production of Liner Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid. As part of Expansion Policy, Co-generation power plant is installed at Gujarat Unit.

SOLUTION: To Remove TSS, TDS, Hardness and Conductivity, System should have of MGF, ACF, RO1, RO2, MB System and RO3. RO+MB SYSTEM Raw Water followed by MGF followed by ACF followed by Reverse Osmosis is used for removing Dissolved Solids. Semipermeable polyamide membranes are used in RO system. Outlet of ACF is feed to RO1 and TDS of RO1 Permeate is less than 50 ppm. For Boiler feed, TDS should be very low. For that Permeate of RO1 is feed to RO2 and RO1 Reject feed to RO3. The TDS of RO2 is less than 2 ppm. Than it is goes through Mix bed system, Mix Bed system is used for removing Conductivity. After passing from Mix Bed System Conductivity of outlet is less than 0.1us/cm. Complete information
