The IT COMPANY project is designed by Arash Saeidi as the designer and Parnaz Jafari as the design assistant. The flat area of 870 square meters is designed for 62 employees, located in Tehran, Iran.
We aimed to create a functional, inspiring, open, and airy workplace. An environment that employees enjoy to the fullest during working hours.
The concept of this project is to use a range of colors along with curved surfaces and simple geometry and volumes.
One of the most prominent features of this design has been the benefits of color and the effort to create a dynamic, inspiring, and energetic atmosphere. We choose colors with great care to create feelings such as energy release, cooperation, happiness, comfort, and specialness. The advantage of blue and green combinations creates calm and peace of mind, while red is a good space for meetings and consultations.
Combining colors with simple geometries create an impact on the first encounter. An office that visitors will remember for years in the first impression.
This project consists of open spaces and closed spaces.
The open workspace of this office has more interaction between employees. Height-adjustable tables with the help of flower boxes that create a perception of life and the possibility of natural light and ceiling design have created a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere. And the 8-person desks that are suitable for intergroup interactions and inter-project consultations. In the middle is an open living space for relaxation and short chats.

Due to the sensitivity and the need for sufficient concentration, we have considered the isolated telephone cabin to minimize the noise pollution caused by the telephone talking to the employees and at the same time to protect the privacy of the employees. A choice that we think every office space should have.
In this project, there are three levels of places for sharing, consultation, and meeting. The existence of such spaces is one of the most important features of office spaces, due to the sensitivities and standards of industries, there is a need for daily and regular meetings and consultations. Inter-team meeting space for developers in the middle, meeting space and 5-person internal consultation in glass rooms, as well as 10-person conference space for official meetings!

The lobby space evokes a welcoming design. Two tunnels that lead visitors into the office like hugs.
In this office, an attempt has been made for employees to have three levels of lounge space. The middle part lounge area for developers and the second lounge area in the entrance part of the office, for both the open and close zone! And the waiting lounge area between the management and conference room to wait for a meeting! The cafeteria can also be a multi-functional space. While eating and drinking, it can be a space for short chatting.
In closed areas, some spaces require less interaction than open spaces. In the closed zone, enough closets are provided so that the items are kept in them in an orderly and categorized manner.
Visual beauty, functional spaces, and proper circulation and layout, along with the intelligent HVAC ventilation system, are the things that we have carefully considered, the three conditions that create a successful architecture.
