MR.LEI RESTAURANT (REDESIGN)  /  CHINESE RESTAURANT

Mr. Lei is a Chinese restaurant in Mascot. It is a family-owned and operated restaurant, famous for serving fresh Chinese and Cantonese dishes, specially Peking Duck and Pipa Duck. Offering popular dishes such as yum cha, Peking duck, seafood, and BBQ style meals. Located in the center of mascot, this restaurant is also close to Sydney Airport, making it ideal for locals and travelers. Mascot brings locals, foreigners, families, students, workers and travelers from all over the world together. There are restaurants from all over the world, so it is important to stand out by showing Chinese characteristics in many western restaurants.

Based on the investigation of the surrounding environment and brand culture of the restaurant, I decided to highlight the traditional Chinese elements in the logo, design a Chinese traditional style seal, and combine the English letter "LEI" with Chinese elements, and also integrate Chinese and Western Culture.
