Tidie: To-do app
Tidie was my first project working on Career Foundry's UI design course. To start working on the Tidie app, I wanted to get a general idea of what were the basic things users would need on the app.

To get a general idea of what the app looked like, so I quickly created wireframes on paper. Although not all screens made it to the final product, it was helpful to see the product slowly come to life.

To be my first project, my design was a bit too ambitious, so I was adviced by my tutor to simplify a couple of screens. I decided to leave the calendar and progress screen out. Both were additional features that, in my opinion, would have added to the use of the app.

During the project, I worked on branding, UX design and UI design. Choosing the brand colors was the most fun part of the process. I wanted to design an app that would not feel overwhelming, as most user go to their to-do list to stay organized and feel a sense of calm. That's why I chose a color palette that made the user think of a lovely sunset.
Being a new designer, I know I still have things to learn, so I would love to get your feedback on this project, suggestions or questions.
