FOOD CHAIN Fictional Band Poster

My friends and I were attempting to determine a name for our band together, and one of the options was "Food Chain." I tend to approve of things like that a bit more when I can know what it will look like visually, so I decided to make a poster for the band. A large part of the inspiration for these designs, the type choices especially, is the Swissted poster project that combines Swiss design style with punk music (I actually own two posters from them: one for Radiohead in New York, and one for The Smiths in Los Angeles). All of the posters use Berthold Akzidenz-Grotesk, which has become one of my favorite fonts to use (and to look at). I've included several variations with different colors and textures.
