I had a chance to design several doll houses or doll rooms while working for Distroller. This doll house for their Chamoy y Amiguis brand was one of the few ones that managed to be released and looked pretty close to how I originally envisioned it.
When I developed the original concept, since I’m an illustrator and no industrial designer, so I used other doll houses as reference for size and proportions on my skeches. I was also in charge of dressing up the walls with the final vector graphics. There was a lot of help from 2 industrial designers, Salomon Kuri and Maria Teresa de Cosio, to fix my concept into something realistic, create the renders and etc.
The doll house was released in 2019 and was sold on different venues such as Amazon, Costco, Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro and others. Most of the photos I'm showing here come from those websites.
