This documentary was made just across the border in Germany. The place where it's filmed is called Immerath, which while it was filmed; is a nascent ghost city. 

The man that is being interviewed is a man that has to leave dispite the fact that he simply doesn't want to. A lot of his friends already left Immerath for villages in the region. He tells us that he has lived in this perticular village for a very long time and therefore has a lot of good memories here.

Why do all the villagers have to leave? Because a big electrical company is digging for coals in the vicinity.
