This was the original label done in 2021. I was working with a brand that had already been established, trying to gel this design with their previous label designs. 

In the summer of 2022 I worked with the brewery to update the overall beer template design. We were doing more beers label designs with lots of bold art designs that felt cramped in the old label design. 

We opened it up so the art could breathe and created a more standard design. 

I also noticed an issue in the original artwork, there were some stray pixels that created a strange drop shadow. So I went in and cleaned the image up to give it a cleaner appearance with a better shadow. Just goes to show that art is alive and can change over time. 

For 2023 I worked with the brewery once again to update the label design again with the focus on presenting the art in a more open fashion while still bringing a standard design. So we removed the top bar and increased the logo size. 

The logo text will typically be white to stand out from artwork. In this particular case we needed a stroke to keep it from blending into the background.
