The project involved the Singer team in Brazil, USA and Mexico.
Audit of channels: POS, Digital, Seamstresses, Industry and Communication.
The project resulted in a new strategic approach to branding, , logo, tone of voice, information architecture to manage the portfolio, POS communication, exhibition organizer, packaging and catalogues.

For global reasons, all identity system work took place only in Brazil,
but the new global brand ended up not being implemented.
