COVID-19 has changed the way we used to work at Evolution... In a positive way!
We realized we had achieved and learned so much that we wanted to create videos for our social media in which we expressed everything we got.
The objective of this content was to attract new talent to the company, reflecting some of our strengths. But also, these videos worked thank our team for all their effort, laughs and work during these crazy times.
The result? Our staff grew up in 16 new hirings (not too bad for an SME!) and we continue focusing on remote working and employer branding content creation to make them feel proud.
