Cherry Bomb Mead Label
My husband makes wine and mead. I make the labels. We give these as gifts. In another life, maybe he would make his brews for a living. I love drinking everything he makes.
Anyway, I have these really cool art magazines from France from the very early 1900s. One of the advertisements in it had some typography that caught my eye. So, I recreated that style of lettering, and had to create many of the letters that were not in that ad. The HR is ready made type, and that stands for Howard Raver, my husband. I also love skulls..
