MUJI© DÉLICE™ Air Fryer

What if MUJI designed an air fryer? This is a question that I, as a student at the Advanced Industrial Design course had to ask myself when the concept of an "air fryer" and the brand "MUJI" crossed each other in the middle of a matrix of possibilities.
What is an air fryer? What does it have to have in order to be perfect? Does it have to be perfect? Or just MUJI? What is MUJI? How can any product scream MUJI without having any logo or symbol to identify it?
User tests, personas, cultural probes, perceptual mapping and more research methods were used in order to come up with the present result. An analysis of the current trends in air fryers, as well as an analysis of MUJI as a brand was performed beforehand using the techniques learnt on the course.
