Sometimes I wonder how many times I agreed to sign contracts that didn't seem fair to me or that I didn't understand at all because I felt like I had no other choice. I thought that at work I would not grow if I missed those opportunities, if I realized that the one who earned more with my work was not me. But not anymore.
