The project purpose was to create a microcomunitywith pedestrian access, thus based on a itself subsitence policy. The concept is based on the traditional Romanian home, organized in a household with a yard and a house annex. Housing involves a group of volumes,that are not established in one house. Each family has an annex in which it operates the commercial.The modules are repeated after fractalpattern, leading to complex spaces. The modulesrepresent a styling of the traditional Romanianroof. The illuminator at the top of thehouse marks the hearth of the house and createsa scenographic play of light in the house.Starting from the traditional, it was used woodin making the modules. The abstracting of the traditional Romanian roof serves new  human needs.
