Data Visualization project about Piedmont, a region of Italy.
It is my entry for the Piemonte Visual Contest.
It is an A3 format abstract Infographic about car accidents in Piedmont. Studied in order to give an overview of the situation, with the goal of giving people an idea of where car accidents are more frequent in the region and where they're more dangerous. With and addition of an historical overview, to highlight the ongoing trend. It is created with the hope of being a useful tool for governors to study the problem, too.
It is created by crafting an open dataset taken from www.dati.piemonte.it and visualizing it through the use of Raw (http://raw.densitydesign.org/), Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
