WAW Endhog Asin (salted eggs in Javanese dialect), is a student project which run by 3 undergraduate food technology students. Their job is not just how to sell their homemade food, but also how to give 'something' to society. So they came up with the idea; salted eggs.
 
There are so many negative from the people towards salted eggs. Salted eggs are considered as a source of food that isn't healthy because it triggers cholesterol and coronary heart disease. Most of them don't understand that salted egg is actually rich in protein which is really good to our body. Therefore something needs to be done in order to change the public perception, by telling the facts and explanation from the experts.

WAW Endhog Asin is a homemade salted eggs. So to show that, the material used for this packaging is carton. Carton has a good impression to show craftmanship, just like the process in making WAW Endhog Asin. The shape of the packaging is adapted from woman clutch, combined with the form from pillow box and origami. Woman clutch is chosen because basically clutches are easy to grab in one hand. And also safe to carry because the width fits to average hands. People will not hesitate to carry, and fell like the product inside is valuable.
