This work was done within the framework of the Our Mural festival in the city of Kasli, Chelyabinsk region, Russia.
Kasli town is surrounded by a necklace of picturesque lakes. Also, the history of the city begins with the founding of an iron-smelting plant. These are the most significant features and the main point of account for expressing the identity of the city. In the drawing, I combined these two elements into one through abstract fragments and thematic composition. The main plot is a fisherman who is fishing in a local lake, enjoying the natural views of the city. And in the textures of the lake, you can trace the patterns of Kasli cast from forged metal, rich in decorativeness.
