he plot for designing a residential building is located in the immediate vicinity of a forest zone. On three sides the plot is surrounded by a pine forest and on one side the plot faces a busy street. That is why the house is deployed in such a way that the long blank facade of the house faces the street. The service rooms overlook this side of the house. Thus, we have formed a line separating the entrance area from the private area.
The main task of the project was to get away from the noise and dust of the roadway and provide future residents with all the variety of life scenarios.
Masterplan
We have placed a whole complex of recreational areas on the terrace. The continuation of the kitchen is a barbecue area with a table for 8 people. It is bordered by a soft area with a view of the garden. The end of the terrace is represented by the pool. The waterfall is located in a bearing wall made of natural stone.
Upon entering the house, we find ourselves in the common space of the living room from which a view of the courtyard opens up. The kitchen and dining room have access to the terrace, which in summertime makes the terrace and kitchen one whole. On the ground floor, there is a small office with a hidden exit to the mini-garden of rocks with bonsai.
First floor plan
The second floor houses the children's bedrooms and the parent's bedroom. The second floor offers views of the courtyard and the pine forest. There is a possibility of access to the balcony from the parent's bedroom.
