This was a very exciting university Case Study for 'Dolce & Gabbana' as part of my master course in Istituto Marangoni in Florence,Italy. Under the project we had create a collection for the brand while finding our own inspiration and uniqueness to blend with the brand's magnetic philosophy. This is the first part of the project which includes my concept. The mood and inspiration charts, prints and a glimpse of the entire collection with the final lineup.

Coming out of the dark place that our world has seen recently. We all felt a need for a miracle. Looking for an angel or saint to help us break free.This is where I found the connection with Saint Rosalia of Palermo,Italy and also the iconic work of Fulco Di Verdura which eventually became the two main pillars of inspiration.
‘ANGELITE’ is a collection that enlightens us to find a new spiritual path within ourselves before we connect with others around us. It brings a burst of colour and power. It's playful while touching notes of our past memories. Romanticism and the whimsical feeling stay strong throughout the collection. Enriched with gem like tones and
techniques, the collection is feminine focused and rich while still being modern and contemporary.
