MOBILE APP FOR SAFE VISITING BARS AFTER LOCKDOWN
We got a request to design a mobile application for seamless orders in bars. The core idea was to provide the possibility of queue-free orders to make post-lockdown nightlife safer. Along the way, to save guests’ time for communication and make bartenders’ work more efficient.
THE Challenge we have met
We didn’t have specific requirements, so the challenge was to identify crucial functionality for the MVP release. A peculiarity of the project was to research and follow particular behavior patterns of US visitors and bartenders.
Process & solution
We provided a comprehensive solution based on the following stages:
→ Discovery (Desk research・competitors analysis・jobs to be done・userflow・metaphor)
It helped us create the list of necessary functionality and find a specific vibe of the app.
→ Design (High-fidelity prototyping, concept, implementation)
It resulted in an emotional design that stood out from competitors and covered all needs.
