Minnie Mouse Ear Creations:

I love Disney and I absolutely adore the many designs and styles of the Minnie & Mickey Mouse Ear headbands that are sold. I can never choose just one so I create my own so that I can have as many as I wish as well as ones that are rare and far between when it comes to certain movies or characters. I hand paint most of the ears I design so that I can have them be personalized to an extent that they are not just a bought patterned fabric or a basic character printed within the center of the ears. I also, depending on the character or movie, use fake flowers, tulle, and/or quotes to create a unique style of ears so that they stand out when they are worn. Each one is then sewn and attached carefully with a specific method so that they last longer and stay together better than the average DIYed ear.

LU Spirit:

I created these to wear at my university. I wanted something that was inspired by my love for Disney but also showed my school spirit, thus I created my Liberty University Spirit Ears. I created these the same as my others but I added the charm in the middle of the bow from a necklace I had originally bought at my school's spirit store.

These ears were made as gifts for a few 7th grade girls I was leading at my local church. Because one of them was going to Disney World at the end of the school year, I pushed up their creation dates so that she would be able to wear hers on her trip. Each one was uniquely designed after their favorite Disney character.
