You are music to my eyes
Jolene is a graceful woman fashion brand based in Ho Chi Minh. Jolene believes that every dress has its story and meaning. Jolene approaches me and challenge me to deliver that message as elegant as the design of its dresses.
After a long and tedious brainstorming but no possible result, I feel stuck and frustrated. So I decide to put on some music to help me relax, that's when it hit me. Music is such a beautiful form of emotion. Music can convey stories, feelings through notes much like a dress can tell you more about the person who wore it. So I use that to implement into the core of Jolene visuals.
It all starts with the logotype. The J in Jolene is such a perfect form to be combined with the clef in music sheets. Simple but effective brand tone of voice all about music.
