Tết is a Spring festivity in Vietnam which celebrates the Lunar New Year. In honor of the New Year, people participate in various traditions with their friends and family. 

I depict three parts of the Vietnamese New Year tradition onto Red Envelopes: Lion Dancing, firecrackers, and the Kitchen God. The red envelopes themselves are another part of the Vietnamese New Year tradition as adults stuff these envelopes with dollars and gift them to children.

I designed these envelopes in October 2020 and it went into production in January 2021. These envelopes were sold to raise money for orphans under Phanxico Charity, and successfully raised over $1,600 USD.
