Dedicated for gathering, holding flea market, cafe, retails, the whole space is treated like a communal traditional house with small yard in the centre where barrel between indoor and outdoor is blurring. A loft is built to expand usable cafe space and connected well with office located on 2sd floor. All seats and indoor spaces have qualified views to the central yard which occasional music show would take place.
