Service Level Agreement

SLA Document

A service level agreement provides information on our team’s process for people who want to work with us. It allows for a more aligned, streamlined process, from the beginning, as it lets the project stakeholders know how to engage with us, what materials we will need to get started, and some sample timelines of different projects.
A brief “about our team” section gives a high level overview of our team’s role and specialties.  There is also contact information for each team member. I included some of our slide designs here to show the kind of collateral we typically work on. A large SAS icon, a color palette, in the background, provides a visual reference to the creative potential of our team.
In the “Our Services” section,  I chose examples of work from our team to include and mocked them up on screens, to show examples of some of our best creative work. I feel this document should provide a quick glance at the abilities of our team.
To make the document readily scannable, there is a consistent type hierarchy with headlines, subheads, and body text. Icons are used throughout the document to aid in quick visual understanding. It should be easy for project stakeholders to find the information that they need in this document.
It uses colors from the SAS color palette, SAS icons, and the Avenir font to ensure that it adheres to SAS brand standard. While I did use design software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign for this project, it is the size of a standard powerpoint slide so that it can easily be shared or fit into a presentation deck.
This document will never be static; I expect it is something that will grow and change as our team also grows and changes over time. However, I think it is a good start on a tool which will be useful in communicating with project stakeholders.
