LOFIT:
A residential project in El-Fustat Region which is a historical area and visited by many people everyday so it has higher risk and sensitivity to epidemics than other regions, therefore it was chosen to be the location of the project because it has the issue that is solved by the design solution..
CHALLENGE:
The main challenge was to create an environment that is resistant to the current pandemic and all the pandemics to come..
OBJECTIVES:
1- Raising the quality of life by creating better places for living.
2- Maximizing the heritage value of this historic place, rich site.
3- Creating sustainable communities.
4- Investing it in an optimal way for the direct benefit to the people of the fustat region, as well as to the residents of cairo as a whole.
