I looked this series up some months ago and I *accidentally* got myself invested. It's about high school delinquents in Japan with some time-travel involved (though I wouldn't call it sci-fi; think of the way the time skipping happens in the movie Click, I think the time travel here functions more like that, like it's not the point). The story isn't perfect but it has its moments, and it does have some very memorable characters. The character designs are my favorite thing; the hair styling can be pretty cool and their drip, as the kids would call it, are always on-point. I sometimes think Ken Wakui, the mangaka, at some point had plans on being a fashion designer because of how stylish he makes his characters. This and this are good examples.

The process for these ones* have been painfully slow because I couldn't find the time between work and my manga-reading lol, but it's okay. These were very fun to make. I'll probably get back to drawing again soon. (But maybe not for Tokyo Revengers.)

*This is just the first one.
Some TR design style choices that I really like: Ken Ryuguji a.k.a. Draken's signature dragon tattoo, Ran Haitani's duotone twin braids, Koko's death hawk hair, Sanzu Haruchiyo's droopy eyes, scars (covered), long hair and everything, Izana Kurokawa's earrings, and Hanma Shuji's 'Sin and 'Punishment' tattoos on each hand.

Some behind the scenes:
Fringes always give me a hard time but I don't usually have to draw them white so this was new and interesting. It's also funny how their interesting features are almost always on their left side (the dragon head tattoo, piercings for those who have, their hair part), but I can't really have them all facing the same direction lol, so it's a good thing one of them at least can do either way.
