There are basically different kinds of software that can be used for this purpose;

THE MONDAY WORKSPACE
Below, you have an overview of what the Monday workspace looks like. The workspace is basically where you get all your work done. in the workspace, you create  boards, charts,  groups, animations and so on. and you can also have more than one workspaces on your account.
BOARD/ GROUPS
A board is the place where your groups of items are held. It's a virtual white board where projects are stored as a way to keep track of everything from everyday tasks to month/year long projects
A group is a color coded section on your board that will contain your tasks. A group can be a week, a month, a specific step of a project, or whatever you want. To add a new group to your board, hover over the title of any existing group and you will see an arrow appearing on the left side
CHARTS/ DASHBOARDS/ PULSE
With the dashboard on monday, you can select and organize groups from multiple boards in one dashboard. Centralize your data in one location, and use the widgets to have all the tools and information you need in one view
monday.com  also uses what it calls 'pulses. ' Pulses are blank slates that can accept all kinds of information. You could, for example, use one pulse for an entire project, and then use the integrated checklists feature as your task list, or attach a simple text file with all your tasks

LEAD CAPTURE FORM
In most CRM systems, the term lead capture designates a process of saving lead information in order to attempt converting the lead to a paying customer. below, you can see what a lead capture form looks like when designed with monday.

The Clickup and Monday interface have quite similar characteristics which we will explore.

CLICKUP

The clickup workspace
Workspaces act as containers for all of your workflows. You can join or create as many Workspaces as you like - and easily switch between them.

you should NOTE that ClickUp is separated at the Workspace level, so it is not possible to view or transfer information across Workspaces. If you need to see everything in one place, we recommend creating one Workspace to manage everything.

The most common way to easily manage and prioritize your tasks. Asana users will feel right at home. And there's so much more!

Never perform tedious, repetitive action again. We’ve eliminated the monotonous nature of project management at every level of the platform via the multitask toolbar. See what it can do!

It's about time that someone combines everything you need related to time in one platform!

ClickUp's Calendar View is your place for planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Agile Boards visualize tasks by status in a pipeline for drag and drop usability. This allows you to easily move tasks through your workflow. Board View is the go-to view for agile teams, but every user can utilize the convenience offered here.

We heard you, project managers! We built our own beautiful Gantt View so you can plan out projects, manage time spent, and dictate deadlines.

5. Map view

Looking for your next job location, real estate listing, or delivery address for an upcoming task?

Coupled with the Location Custom Field, clearly see where your tasks, destinations, or any relevant location falls on a map! Pins can be customized to display the color of the task status, priority, or even a custom dropdown field.

6. Activity view

Wonder what activity is happening in a List, Folder, Space, or your entire Workspace? Add an Activity view anywhere to get an aggregated view of all activity across that location. Filter for people and type to get granular with the activity you see.

You can even click into individual profiles to view what each user has been up to in ClickUp!

7. Box view

Box view helps you answer these three questions:
What are people working on?
What have people done?
Who needs more tasks and who has too many tasks?
8. Mind Maps

Create your own free-form Mind Map for planning and organizing projects, ideas, or start building off of what you've already created in ClickUp. The world is your oyster!

In Table view, every row is the same height, every field is a column, and by default, there is no separation by List or status. Overall, Table view offers a more condensed view - great for viewing a ton of information at once.
