I tried this new pancake recipe because I saw it on TV and I just couldn't help myself. It's from Zanzibar and I just love cloves. I made a delicious syrup with this spice for the dessert and it was wonderful. I then played around with my food, as I always do, and found some pretty flowers to decorate my plate with. And star anise, my love spice.
