The founding member team of the group has also been a pioneer in setting standards and benchmarks in the hospitality industry, pertaining to operational environment management systems, customer services, quality deliverables, consistent evaluatory methods, and it's Mentor continues to be a consultant & associate for his clients.

 

Lead & Partner follows an intrinsic  principle in providing a 360 degree  learning management and not in just offering to teach pre-designed moduled subjects to learners. This includes evaluations, psychometric analysis on competence, creating need based modules, developing most suitable case studies, in-camera mock practices, assessment & follow up audits for consistent.
